This work is done in a small powder room.
Bath fixtures, a mirror and a doorway all but disappear as the impressionistic art work pulls the viewer's eye to the action on the dance floor!
Three Latrec paintings were adapted and rearranged in this work. The "Boneless Man" was enlarged from his background dancers. They were placed on the opposing wall.

The trompe-l'oeil effect was enhanced through the use of the floor boards. As one enters the room, all three walls appear to "flatten out" giving the impression that one is in the midst of the cabaret and part of the action!
